What a Joy to see the Sun shines again
Look back to the old, How far I have come now
I am a new person, I am in Christ
What a Joy to experience the Promise of God
His transformation power in my life

I once was very lost, lost in hope and dream
I once was a nobody, I have an identity now
What a Joy to experience His touch, His love

He knows where I was from
He knows all my weaknesses and strength
He gently wraps me in His arms
He gently calls my name
I am His child, I am His daughter

What an identity to be His child, His daughter
How glad I should always be
And He rewrites my life story
By the stroke of His hands
He rewrite my past, and make it brand new
He wipes away all my curses and fears
The past is way behind me now

How glad I should always be
How thankful should I always be
His love, His touch, His transforming power
Is so real, is so real in my life

I once was lost, I am in Him now
The Song of Praise will flow out from me
All my beings, Praise the Lord

He redeemed you from the pit
He rescued you from harm
He renewed your mind
He gave you a new identity of your own
You are His child, His daughter

He granted your many requests
His wisdom knows no end
His love knows no bound
His power reaches the sky
His outstretched hands rescue you
Oh my Soul, Praise the Lord
My mouth needs to praise
My hand needs to write
My feet needs to walk His way

Write of His love for me
Sing of His love for me

The Song of Praise shall spring up from me
Let not forget His benefits
Let not forget what He has done


What you have is purely come from Him
What you do not have, He kindly remove
For the goodness of your welfare
What you do not have, He kindly remove
For He knows what you need most

My Soul, Praise the Lord
He will withhold no good things from you
Don't be misled in your mind
God is fair and just
God is compassionate
God is your provider of all things
He provides for your enjoyment

Praise Him oh His people
The Song of Praise
Praise Him oh His people
Rise up and Praise Him
The Song of Praise
Shall spring forth to every nation
