I have never experienced the pain of a broken wrist, but have had pain and weakness alleviated by vitamin B6. I read information about B6 treatment for people with carpal tunnel syndrome, and decided I had little to lose. I picked up a small bottle at a store and after just a few days discovered my pain was gone!
It is difficult to accomplish very much menial labor if our hands, wrists or arms hurt. We may carry on, but the pain hinders our work. People, such as artist Joni Eareckson Tada - who overcome handicaps, deserve our applause.
