I can't do that!
Don't you know
I'm chasing skinny
Everywhere I go!
No time for school
Kids can be cruel
No time for play
I'm chasing skinny everyday!
No date for me
I'm too fat
I'm chasing skinny
That's where I'm at!
Where is skinny?
She is hiding
I'm too weak
To keep on fighting
Skinny plays hide and seek
I search for skinny every week
I sneak softly to our secret place
To be with skinny face to face.
Skinny comes to my dinner
Don't eat that
Let's be a winner
You're much too fat
Slow down skinny
I huff and puff
You're too fast
I've got to make this carrot last
Skinny and I shop
At the mall
My jeans too tight
My shirt too small.
When skinny leaves
I munch and crunch
When she returns
I skip my lunch
Skinny is a rough taskmaster
Why does she run faster and faster?
Lagging behind, I finally stop
I slink off to the ice cream Shoppe
I sit alone
With my mobile phone
Waiting on skinny
To come back home
I won’t go
To the dance
A wallflower girl
Has no chance
I can’t do that
Don’t you know?
I’m chasing skinny
Everywhere I go!
