Lord, keep me steadfast,
in my pursuit to abide in Thee
keep my heart in perfect order
so that Your love will dwell in me.

Lord, keep me patient,
in my pursuit to walk like Thee
keep my feet established
so that Your Spirit will lead me.

Lord, keep me faithful,
in my pursuit to become like Thee
Keep my branches trimmed
so that Your fruit will mature in me.

Lord, keep me honest,
in my pursuit to follow after Thee
keep my mind confident
so that Your peace will be seen in me.

Lord, keep me on the vine,
in my pursuit to grow in Thee
keep me close to You
so there will be no shame in me!
