We know a great deal about people in the news. In our technology era, little is private anymore; someone is even available to dig up the dirt on people, who are dead and gone. We become trivia experts, taking pride in how much we know about the rich and famous. As followers of Christ, we have factual information about Him, the apostles, and heroes of the faith. Do we really know God?

"And this is eternal life, that they might know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent (John 17:3 NKJ)." To know Him is to love Him. As we seek God, through faith we get to intimately know Him, worship and praise Him. The Gospels introduce us to Jesus. We read and mediate upon the stories of His miraculous birth, His family, closest friends-the disciples, and His redemption ministry. The Holy Spirit draws us to the risen Lord. Get to know Him better today.
