Time changes and jet lag get us bent all out of shape. Our inner clocks are set on automatic; rumbling stomachs tell us when it's meal time, and our yawning mechanism kicks in alerting us to the need for a good night's sleep.
Those of us who live in areas where we have different time standards in the spring and fall have a difficult time. Our inner clock is confused. As for me, I'd be content if they left daylight savings time in place all year around.
The Light of the world offers a savings time to all. "For mine eyes have seen Thy salvation, Which thou hast prepared in the presence of all peoples, A LIGHT OF REVELATION TO THE GENTILES, And the glory of Thy people Israel (Luke 2:30-32 NAS)."
