Lies and deceptions

A little white lie is born
hatched from a egg of self arrogance
tiny and innocently it appears
you embrace it; it is your own little creation

You keep feeding it, it starts to grow
day by day in the shadows of deceptions
the tiny lie matures in to a monster of lies
it bears the fruit of pain, humiliation, and fantasy

Monster of lies turns you into a laughing stock
people gossiping and laughing about your lies
you live life in your own make believe world
where you make your own rules
it is a far cry from realilty

Allow Chrit to set you free
free from this bondage
live your life in the truth
all the days of your life!
