What Does God Call You?
by Annagail Lynes 3/07/2013 / Devotionals
(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. Romans 4:17 (KJV).
God called Gideon a mighty man of valor when he was fearful. He called Peter a rock when he was unstable. He calls us beautiful, precious, victorious, righteous and more than conquerors even though most of us still look dirty, unworthy, defeated and failures in the natural.
God calls things as though they are in the spiritual not the natural. In that realm, we are righteous, victorious and more than conquerors.
When we, like Gideon and Peter, start to believe God's report over what we see in the natural, we are on our way to becoming who God created us to be.
