Safety helmets are the standard trend. The wish of our government is that all on wheels take precautions. Bikers, motor cyclists, scooter riders and skateboarders wear helmets to protect from head injury. Baby boomers wonder how we averted early demise. Today, I submit to my protector and put on my helmet.
"But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation (1 Thessalonians 5:8 Pilgrim Study Bible)." God's helmet of hope does not only protect my head; it safeguards my eternal soul. I am not on wheels but daily take precautions against the destroyer.
