'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous,' with Robin Leach, aired from 1984-1995.

We got a close-up look at how 'the other half' worked, played and where they hung their hats at the end of the day. Secretly, we wondered what life would be like, if we were millionaires. It is hard to conceive such lavish living.

Yet, far greater riches are available to the 'rich and faithful.'

"To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27 NKJ)." Mediate (chew over) the two phrases relating to glory in our passage ('riches of the glory' and 'hope of glory').

We are rich in faith and in a glory, which outshines the purest gold. Christ abiding 'within' us offers hope (assurance and conviction) of gazing on the face of Jesus in all his glory.

Glory Land beckons....
