Fat and Juicy Worms

I'm a poor excuse for a fisherman. I'm impatient. To add to my irritability, I panic when without easy access to a restroom. Lastly, I refuse to bait hooks with night crawlers! They wiggle, feel slimy and smell icky. Yet, to real anglers, fat and juicy worms make perfect fish bait.

Ya' ever wonder what the Devil uses for bait when setting his hook? He prefers fat and juicy lies. Once he draws our attention with a lie, he can reel us in. Lies just come natural to him.
Why mess with success?

"He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it (John 8:44b NKJ)." I'm without excuse when I allow him to dupe me.
