Second children might not be as fluent in conversation as their older siblings.

That was certainly the case with our toddler son, Lee. Our daughter, April, was 27 months older and he let her do the talking. Yet, if he got the urge he could communicate. He had a favorite word that took us a while to translate.

'Dunn-up'

Say, what?

While reading a story book to him, the meaning became clear.

Seeing pictures of horses and cowboys he said, "Dunn-up!"

I got it!

'Giddy Up'

Any cowboy worth his salt would know that.

Often there is another word from a cowboy's vocabulary tagged on

'Go!'

God had a message for a disciple named Philip. Get up and go.

"An angel of the Lord spoke to Philip: 'Get up and go south to the road that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.' (This is the desert road.) So he got up and went. There was an Ethiopian man, a eunuch and high official of Candace, queen of the Ethiopians,who was in charge of her entire treasury. He had come to worship in Jerusalem (Acts 8:26-27 HCS)."

Philip went willingly. As a result, he had an opportunity to witness to the eunuch. The man surrendered his life to Jesus.
