The children's enemy. 5-7-17

When I was 3 and 4 years old, I was so afraid of the dark. We lived in an old wooden house and I had to go through dad and mom's bedroom to go to the restroom. At night time, their room and the restroom got so dark and I dreaded every time I had to go to the restroom. Even it if was one room and it was at night time and it was dark, I was still very much afraid of the dark. When I got to the restroom, I clawed the wall looking for the light switch and quickly turned the light on. We played with our friends and I played with the younger kids. The older kids used to tease us about the "boogie man" who was hiding in the dark and was waiting to get us. I believed them at first and thought that there was a real boogie man hiding in the dark just waiting to get me when it was dark. This was a mean way to tease us younger kids, because they terrified me of the dark and it wasn't true. Now if it was true, the boogie man would have got me and the whole neighborhood would have heard me scream. But thank God there was no such thing as this mythical character. It took me over 1 year to realized that there was no such thing as a "boogie man".

I remember back in 1998 in the summer time that it was late one night. I was praying for about 20 minutes or so. Then all of a sudden I felt this cold feeling. It wasn't because of the room temperature got cold all of a sudden. The room temperature was still real warm. What I felt was an evil spirit harassing me. It was a cold spirit telling me to not open my bedroom door. It gave me the impression that it was over 7 feet tall and that it was going to pounce on me and kill me if I opened my bedroom door. It was trying to make me fear it. It's presence was cold and heartless. If I wasn't a child of God, I would have been scared to death. I started towards my bedroom door and it was resisting me trying to keep me in my room. I started towards it again and again this demon spirit fought me and tried to keep me back from opening my bedroom door. It reminded me of it's size and that it would kill me if I opened my bedroom door. I built up some anger towards it and said; "God help me." Then I forced my way to the door and I reached for the door knob and slung the door wide open and I rebuked that demon spirit and anointed all the house rebuking demon spirits. After I cleansed and anointed the whole house, I went back to my room, played my Christian music, prayed and felt the loving, peaceful, joyful presence of God. Then I went to sleep and I never had any more trouble from that demon spirit again. Thank God.

What I am telling you is that demon spirits are real and they are all over the world harassing many every day. They lie to you in order to get you to fear them. If they can get you to fear them, they got you where they want you. They are like a wild animal and want any one to fear them and back away from them. When this happens, the person backs away in the direction where the demon spirit wants them to go. You have 2 choices here. You can either fight it in Jesus' Name. Or you can fear it and surrender to it and it will continue to torture you or it will enter into you. We are constantly surrounded by evil spirits. They know who is a child of God and who isn't. They retreat when a person calls on Jesus' Name. They nor the devil himself can stand in the presence of our Lord.

Children who were not raised in a Christian environment will be more likely to have trouble with demon spirits. The evil spirits will lure that child deeper in to sin and have anger problems, mental issues and emotional problems. Medicines cannot cure any kind of demon spirit. Jesus is the only cure for them. Only by praying, rebuking demons and taking that child to church is the only thing that can help that child.

There was a pastor who had a church. There was this family whose parents had a teen age daughter who had friends at the school she attended. One summer Friday night, the daughter's friends asked her if she would like to see a movie and told her that this movie was about a demonized person. She told them she would asked her mom if she could go with out telling her mom what kind of movie it was and the mom let her go to see that movie with her friends. They left that night and unfortunately that girl would never be the same again for a long time.

That following morning, the daughter woke up and got up feeling strange about her self and the people she lived with and her friends also. Her mom could see a slight difference in the way she acted after seeing that movie. Her mom thought that it would be good to take her to church thinking that she needed to be prayed for. So the next morning, the daughter and her family went to church. The pastor was teaching on the Blood of Jesus. Half way in the message, the daughter began to moan. The more the pastor preached the more that the girl moaned and she got louder and louder. She was escorted out of the church building and people could still hear her moan and scream out side. After the service, they brought the daughter in to see the pastor and they all prayed for her as she continued to moan. She left with a very stubborn and powerful demon spirit in her and had to be put in a mental institute for a couple of years which was the last we knew of her. That movie possessed that girl with a demon spirit. Don't tell me that the things of the devil are harmless. The people who witnessed that girl and her family didn't think so. The things that belongs to the devil has the right to invade and possess any one that they can, because they belong to satan. Many have been possessed by satan by using his devices and tools instead of avoiding them.

Ephesians 6 verses 11, 13 - 16 says; "Put on the whole armour of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Wherefore, take unto you the whole armour of God that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day...Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness, And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace, Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye may be able to quench all of the fiery darts of the wicked." In this passage of scripture, we have the whole armour of God to stand and fight the wickedness of the devil. This suit of armour covers the entire front of a person. There is no protection for the back side. Why? Because God intended for us to stand and fight the devil and not run from him. God doesn't want you to run from no evil spirit. God wants you to put them all under your feet where they belong.

We were born to win. We were born to be more than conquerors through Jesus Christ our Lord. We were born to be more than victorious. We were born to beat the flesh, the world and the devil. We were born to be champions. God gave us our suit of armour to wear at all times. God never intended for us to take our suit of armour off at any time for any reason. When a man is without his suit of armour, the devil will pounce on him in a heart beat and beat him down making him unfit for the Kingdom of God. Those who wears their suits of armour are followers of Jesus and serve God. They have faith in God and are ready for a fight from satan any time cause they know in their hearts that they will win, because Jesus is on their side. Those who don't have their suit of armour on are living in sin and are dead spiritually already and belongs to satan. James 4 verse 4 says; "...whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God."

I want to share a true story of about a boy that I personally knew in a small west Texas town we lived in. I went to school with this boy we will call Rex to protect his true identity. Rex had a sister who was known to be into satan worship cause she was mean and evil like Rex was. The first time I saw Rex in the early 1970's, He seemed like a nice kid. I said; "Hi Rex." He just passed me by. Later on that week I saw him again and said; "Hi Rex. How are you?" He looked at me and said; "It's none of your business." I thought how rude. So, I didn't try to be a friend to him any more. Later on in the school year, Rex began to get into trouble, I saw him at the principal's office several times that year. One day I saw his teacher take him to the principal's office to get licks. I was near the principal's office when Rex got licks, they were loud. The teacher brought Rex out of the principal's office and he was smiling like it was some kind of a joke.

At the end of that school year, I moved across the street to the high school. I didn't see Rex any more for that year. At the end of that school year, Rex moved across the street to the high school. I heard that Rex's parents took him to see a doctor to try to get him some help. Rex nor his family went to church. Rex began having a lot of fights. I saw him walk down the school halls with blackened eyes several times. The first time I looked at him with black eyes, he said to me; "What are you looking at? Do you want to step out side with me? I'll give you some of these." holding his fist up to me. I said; "No, I don't fight." He asked; "Are you chicken? Come on let's go out side." I said; "I believe in making peace." He walked on down the hall and I went in the other direction.

One day as I was going back to school right after lunch, I heard some commotion going on. I saw a small crowd down the hall a little ways from me and I walked over to them to see what was going on. Rex was having a fist fight with a student. They were really going at it. Rex had his fist going up at the guy smiling at him and hit him. The other guy rush toward Rex and swung his fist and hit Rex on his left jaw and Rex started laughing at him. Then Rex nailed the guy in his left eye nearly knocking him down. Then he got up and nailed Rex in his left eye nearly knocking him down as Rex laughed at him and gave him an upper cut and knocked the guy out. Rex looked at the crowd and asked; "Who's next? Who else wants me to beat their brains out?" while laughing. The crowd walked away and so did I and thought to my self; "Rex is so demonic."

One day in the main school hall way in the front of a huge crowd of students, Rex had a shoving match between a huge senior guy. Rex pushed him over a trash can and he fell as Rex burst out laughing. The big senior guy got up and him and Rex got into a fight. This teacher heard all of the commotion and came running down the hall and broke it up. Rex looked up at the teacher and asked; "Why did you break us up? Do you want me to beat you up next?" as he laughed. The teacher took him to the principal's office. I thought to my self; "If they are giving Rex any medicine, it sure isn't helping him at all."

I moved away from that small town in the end of the school year of 1978 over 250 miles away to another town. In 1997, my cousins came down to visit with us. I asked them about Rex and they told us that Rex was even more meaner than before. He got into more trouble and had more fights. They also said that he moved away to a larger city over 70 miles away from that small town 2 years after he graduated from high school. In that large city, Rex joined up with a gang. One night, Rex got into a fight with one of his gang members and Rex got stabbed to death. He was in his mid 20's when he died. Rex was the meanest kid and the biggest trouble maker I ever knew. He nor his sister ever had any friends in or at school. Rex was so full of satan from the first time I saw him until his death. Rex died with the macho man character and he will burn in the fires of hell forever along with his sister and any one else in his family that isn't saved nor want to be.

In the evening, the sun goes down. It starts getting dark and it is time to eat supper. After supper, you watch television for a couple of hours and then you get your children ready for bed. When the light is off, it is dark in their rooms. There's nothing about the dark room that can harm you or your children. It's the spirits of darkness, wicked spirits, evil spirits, demon spirits that can harm you and your children. If a demon came to you in a human form where you could see him with your physical eyes, it would scare you back to God. It would scare you away from hell. There is no man on planet earth that can defeat the devil by himself. I don't care if that man was over 7 feet tall and weighed over 500 pounds, he is still no match for satan. Any one who thinks he can whip satan by himself can be compared to a 1 year old baby boy looking up at a 6 foot 6 tall man, weighing over 200 pounds saying; "Let's step out side and let me teach you a lesson." That man will laugh his head off knowing that with one kick or one hit, he can knock that baby in the middle of next week if not kill him first. There is only One Man who defeated satan and his whole army of demons the Man Jesus Christ the Son of the living God.

The only real enemy man ever had is satan. Although, satan uses people who are willing to be used by him to become man's enemy. All demon spirits are no exception. They are worse than a rattlesnake. A rattlesnake may bite your children, but demons can't. A rattlesnake isn't hunting your children seeking how they might destroy their lives, but demon spirits are. A rattlesnake can't possess your children, but demons can. A rattlesnake can't ruin your children's lives, but demon spirits can. God through prayer can protect any body from any thing that is harmful or dangerous. There's power in prayer. People, even children, have survived a rattlesnake bite. There has never been one soul who died with out Jesus lived eternal life in Heaven. Every man, woman, boy and girl who dies with out Jesus goes straight to hell. You can kill a rattlesnake, but you cannot kill a demon spirit. A rattlesnake bite will heal, but a demon attack on any one with out Jesus will not heal. The rattlesnake and all harmful things on the earth are not the real enemy, satan is.

If you are not right with God, I want to give you a chance to get saved. Go to God now, confess all known sins and repent of them, ask Jesus to come into your heart and be your Lord and Savior, follow Him and serve God from this moment on and God will bless you. God bless you.
