                        ONE STEP TOWARD WORLD PEACE

Thought: Sounds easy doesn't it but only a small percentage of the world population will take that step. Hate will continue to rear it's ugly head as long as mankind is indifferent to change.

It isn't easy to change harmful life styles and habits that have been programmed in us through the years. It's been a suttle indoctrination like a slow drip of water. Over the years weve been programmed to except the worlds view of peace and happiness that soon disappears like the morning mist leaving a void in our heart. There's only one person who ever lived on this Earth that can make the change in mankinds heart and soul. That God-man is Jesus. He tells us that we must love him with all our heart, soul and mind. When we invite him into our lives he gives us the power to conquer hate through love for GOD IS LOVE.

By total submission to God of our very being all war's would end and there would be no need for military institutions, bombs, missiles and killing machines. Our purpose would be to love others and not bring harm to them. There would be no more broken homes, murder or rapes. We would desire only whats good for our family, neighbors, friends and total strangers. All it would take is one step to committing our lives to Christ and allow Him to teach us the good way to live. He has already given us the instruction book to life and all we need is the will to change.

There is hope on the horizon that this utopian world would become a reality but it will take that dark entity called Satan, whose to blame for all the chaos, hate and destruction, to be locked up for 1,000 years. During this time King Jesus will rule over the entire Earth bringing in peace and good will toward men. Love will be the ruling attitude of all it's people. Who wouldn't want this free gift in a world that's ready to implode? Make that step today so you will be able to extend this peace and love to all those around you even now. It all begins with change of heart, soul and mind.

Prayer: Father God, thank you for giving us a way out of the worlds idea of happiness. It's just one step towards a complete change of mind and heart through Jesus who offers us forgiveness and freedom from sin because he paid the price on the cross.

Verse: Math. 22:37-40 " Jesus said unto him. Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it. Thou shall love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."
