UNIVERSAL PEACE

by Lupie Riley

Thought: This will not be the false peace during the first 3 1/2 years into the tribulation. This universal peace will come about at the end of seven years of horrific judgments that fall upon all people that dwell upon the Earth.

It will be the Golden New Age when Jesus reins as King of Kings for 1,000 years of restoration and peace. This period of Christs reign will also reveal his immortality as he rules during this time without ever dying of old age for He is God incarnate.
Micah was a minor prophet in the old testament who prophesied around 700 years before the actual birth of Christ. Here's what he has to say about Jesus the coming King. "He will arbitrate among the nations and dictate to strong nations far away. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning-hooks; nations shall no longer fight each other, for all war will end. There will be universal peace and all the military academies and training camps will be closed down. Everyone will live quietly in his own home in peace and prosperity, for there will be nothing to fear. The Lord himself has promised this." Wow!" what a future awaits those who have made Jesus to be the Lord of their lives.
There are three things Micah reminds us of how we should live. 1. To do justice (fairness) 2. To love kindness 3. To walk humbly with the Lord. The last one should be an everyday reminder of how we present ourselves to our Creator Father and God acknowledging who he is...the great I AM. maranatha

Prayer: Father God, what a wonderful promise you have given your children for their future. It's our blessed hope for all who have you in their lives. Even so Lord come. Amen
Verse: Isaiah 9:6,7 "For unto us a Child (Jesus) is born; unto us a Son is given (John 3:16) and the government shall be upon his shoulder. These will be his royal titles: "Wonderful," "Counselor," "THE MIGHTY GOD," "The Everlasting Father," "The Prince of Peace." His ever-expanding, peaceful government will never end. He will rule with perfect fairness and justice from the throne of his father David (biological). He will bring true justice and peace to all nations of the world. This is going to happen because the Lord of heaven's armies has dedicated himself to do it!"
Note: Parenthesis have been added.
