CORONA CHAOS

Freelance writer Lupie Riley

Thought:  This virus pandemic has brought America to its knees.  Never before has her people experienced such a drastic change in lifestyles not just in this country but the whole world.

What voices do we believe?  It’s a known fact that we can’t trust 90% of the news media.  Could this have been a conspiracy from the beginning to destroy what our President had accomplished during his short term in office?  The economy was ding exceptionally well, he is a good friend of Israel, the apple of God’s eye, he is a defender of life in the womb, he fights for the religious freedom of all faiths and he supports the constitutional rights of the people to protect themselves.  How could any of these things be so wrong?

This country was on the way to recovery when this virus hit.  It changed the way we live for months and weeks to come.  We had to make adjustments that weve never made before.  Was this a sign from God to get our attention and lives centered around Him?  How many of us spent that stay at home time in the Word trying to understand what this meant according to God’s plan and timetable?  It is all falling into place prophetically and we best be thinking seriously of where we stand in our relationship with our creator Father God.

Jesus proclaimed He is the way, the truth and the life back to God the Father.  Only through Christ can our relationship to God be restored.  Jesus paid the price so that we could be forgiven and live eternally in a place called Heaven.  If that trumpet should blow and believers in Jesus would rise to meet Him in the air are you ready?

Prayer:  Father god, the story of the virgins comes to mind who were not prepared when the bridegroom came for then, they had no second chance.  I want to be ready for that when you call your children up and out of this world.  Your Word tells me believers are not under the judgment that is to come and that is the assurance I have today.  Amen

Verse:  Rev. 1:5 “if you read this prophecy aloud to the church, you will receive a special blessing from the Lord.  Those who listen to it being read and do what it says will also be blessed.  For the time is near when these things will all come true.”

Note:  The words in Revelation was a message God gave John, his servant, to be shared with all those who would listen.
