Time is Running Out

Do you toss and turn all night?

Maybe you’re blessed with a good night’s sleep.

Do others tip-toe through the house to avoid awakening you?

Mothers of newborn babies look forward to the day when their children will sleep through the night and during naps. That will allow mom to catch up on her own sleep and housework during nap time.

Aren’t you glad that God never sleeps? His prayer room is always open.

In faith, we can rest easy. He’s awake and watching over us.

We can be assured of His protection.

Yet; we must remain vigilant when awake.

The devil is also awake…

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.  Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world (1Peter 5:8-9 NKJV).”

Satan is not all powerful.

God has given us His word, the sword of the spirit to use against the devil.

He knows his time is running out!

“Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time (Revelation 12:12 NKJV).”
