God Believes in You!

“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.”--John 15:16, NKJV

God--the Creator and Sustainer and LORD of Heaven and earth!--believes in us!

God chose us to bear fruit for His Kingdom. Amazing Grace! What an honor and privilege to partner with Him, to get His work done in the earth! Hallelujah!

I delight to do Your will, O my God; yes, Your law is within my heart.--Psalm 40:8, AMPC

Then I said, Behold, here I am, coming to do Your will, O God—[to fulfill] what is written of Me in the volume of the Book.--Hebrews 10:7

We get to use this life that He has given us, with the skills, and training, gifts, and talents, time, and other resources He's given us, to work with Him--our dear loving Father, our very best Friend--to finish His work in the earth!

We are joint-heirs (I Peter 3:7); siblings with Jesus Christ, God's Son, and Jesus is our Big Brother and fearless Leader Who shows us the way to understand and do the will of Father God. Hallelujah!

Looking away [from all that will distract] to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith [giving the first incentive for our belief] and is also its Finisher [bringing it to maturity and perfection]. He, for the joy [of obtaining the prize] that was set before Him, endured the cross, despising and ignoring the shame, and is now seated at the right hand of the throne of God.--Hebrews 12:2, AMPC

He is with us always, and helps us every step of the way!

He has chosen to need us to help Him complete His work--not by trying to perform for Him (that's what "religion" is, but true Christianity is a loving relationship with our Father God and Jesus the Son, our Brother and Savior and Friend!)--and, just like we delight in unity with our loved ones, He delights in us!

And I sought a man among them who should build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it, but I found none.--Ezekiel 22:30, AMPC

I am not a Bible scholar, but from what I've understood, this specifically means the LORD needed someone to pray for--to intercede--for the country or people group--to plead their case; to ask for the LORD's mercy.

God has chosen to need us to pray for people and causes. He loves it when we come before Him, the only Righteous Judge of all, and present His Word on behalf of others, causes, and ourselves.

He loves to fulfill His Word!

The Bible is a book of laws, although the Grace and Mercy and Faithfulness of God supersede those as only the LORD can do, because of His perfect Love for us. He is Love (I John 4:8), and only He knows the thoughts and intents of every person's heart.

For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart.--Hebrews 4:12, AMPC

God believes in us! First, we are His kids, and He loves us no matter what. Glory!

After that, He gives us the privilege and honor of working with Him in "the Family business"--to get His work done on the earth!

³Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed.--Proverbs 16:3, AMPC

It is His Spirit that helps us desire and to do His good will.

¹³[Not in your own strength] for it is God Who is all the while effectually at work in you [energizing and creating in you the power and desire], both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight.--Philippians 2:13, AMPC

He is so good!

Thank the LORD that He believes in you, wants you to help Him help others know Him, and that He is with you always. Ask Him to give you a deeper understanding of your importance in the earth, and to help you to fully fulfill His will--without worrying about it. He is the good, good Father, and His love for you far supersedes any performance (Ask me how I know!).

The Lord appeared from of old to me [Israel], saying, Yes, I have loved you with an everlastilove; therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn you and continued My faithfulness to you.--Jeremiah 31:3, AMPC

He rejoices over you!

The Lord your God is in the midst of you, a Mighty One, a Savior [Who saves]! He will rejoice over you with joy; He will rest [in silent satisfaction] and in His love He will be silent and make no mention [of past sins, or even recall them]; He will exult over you with singing.--Zephaniah 3:17, AMPC

He is faithful forever, and will help you in every way.

Know, recognize, and understand therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, Who keeps covenant and steadfast love and mercy with those who love Him and keep His commandments, to a thousand generations,--Deuteronomy 7:9, AMPC

⁷For the Lord God helps Me; therefore have I not been ashamed or confounded. Therefore have I set My face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame.--Isaiah 50:7, AMPC

Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand of rightness and justice.--Isaiah 41:10, AMPC

And He said to her, Daughter, your faith (your trust and confidence in Me, springing from faith in God) has restored you to health. Go in (into) peace and be continually healed and freed from your [distressing bodily] disease.--Mark 5:34, AMPC

Hallelujah! GOD is for us!

What then shall we say to [all] this? If God is for us, who [can be] against us? [Who can be our foe, if God is on our side?]--Romans 8:31, AMPC

We win!
