SPIRIT SONG: To Do Our Part

I delight to do Your will, O my God; yes, Your law is within my heart.--Psalm 40:8, AMPC

And He said to them, How is it that you had to look for Me? Did you not see and know that it is necessary [as a duty] for Me to be in My Father’s house and [occupied] about My Father’s business?--Luke 2:49, AMPC

Jesus said to them, My food (nourishment) is to do the will (pleasure) of Him Who sent Me and to accomplish and completely finish His work.--John 4:34, AMPC

 

TO DO OUR PART

Help us Holy Spirit

To hear what’s on Your heart

Help us LORD to revere it

And to do our part!

 

Show us what is in the Book

Of our lives marked Today*

Help us LORD to understand

And completely obey

 

Help us LORD to share your Love

Within this wretched earth

To know that Christ is LORD of all

And they can have New Birth!**

 

Help us Holy Spirit

To hear what’s on Your heart

Help us LORD to fear You

And to do our part!

 

Help us Holy Spirit

To hear what’s on Your heart

Help us LORD to know it

And to do our part!
