Concurrent!

Just like high school students can take college courses while still in high school, we true Believers have a dual--concurrent--existence.

Also, walking by faith--trusting God no matter what things seem to be or look like, nor how we feel--and waiting on Him to work things out, while doing what we know to do, is another way of being concurrent.

But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.--Isaiah 40:31, NLT

"Concurrent" means "occurring at the same time," and that is what we are doing as true Believers in the LORD Jesus Christ, saved by His blood spilled at the cross over 2,000 years ago: serving in our Heavenly seat of rule, and also serving as long-term missionaries on earth!

We are truly "dual citizens," just like ministers I know who are from the USA, but obeyed the LORD to start a mission in Canada, and who received approval to become citizens of that country as well.

Truly, the moment we are born again by believing that, because we need to be saved from our sins, and that Jesus is the only Way to Heaven and provided that way by His shed blood on the cross over 2,000 years ago, we become citizens (first) of Heaven, and also citizens of whatever country in which we live bodily.

So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family.--Ephesians 2:19, NLT

Believing in Jesus makes you a Citizen of Heaven!

Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has become a child of God. And everyone who loves the Father loves his children, too.--1 John 5:1, NLT

There are always benefits that go with citizenship in any country, but the benefits of the blood Covenant we have with God (Jehovah, Elohim, Adonai, Yahweh!) as a Citizen of Heaven far supersede all!

When you receive the Son of God, the LORD Jesus Christ, as your Savior and LORD (and Best Friend Forever!), God will adopt you as His child. You will become part of the eternal Royal Family!

You will be in a glorious relationship with the Father, Who is Love (I John 4:8), and you will have guardian angels to protect and help you.

Those are just a couple of the wonderful benefits of being born again through faith in the blood of Jesus Christ!

“Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.”---I Timothy 4:8, NLT

If you want to become a born again child of the living God, Who loved you even when you were His enemy, and sacrificed His Son so you could live a heavenly life (John 10:10), then say this prayer out loud: Dear God, please forgive me of sinning against You. I need Your Son, Jesus, to come into my heart and cleanse and save me. Dear Jesus, I receive You as my Savior and LORD, and renounce all the works of darkness in my life. I ask You to teach me how to follow You, and I thank You for this chance of a lifetime to become an eternal Citizen of Heaven. Thank You so much! In Your name, LORD Jesus, amen!

See? The LORD Jesus did all the hard work! He makes it so easy and convenient for us to make the most important life-changing decision of all time--to get out of this evil destiny, and into the most glorious, victorious, free, wonderful Future that could ever be!

Congratulations on making the best decision of your life--to become a dual citizen; of your country, and more importantly, of Heaven!

Now, get a Holy Bible and start reading it. Ask the Spirit of God (Who is God, Who loves you more than you can know, and the One Who drew you to this writing!) to lead you to the right Bible-believing church and friends who love God, and to teach you to pray--which is simply talking to God, Who is now your Father in Heaven, from Whom you were birthed!
