LAST DAYS DAYDREAM

“You’re daydreaming again Lizbeth! And I’m getting a little sick and tired of hearing about Trump this and Trump that every day,” Buzz couldn’t seem to keep the words in his mouth that he knew he shouldn’t say on account of all the hoopla that always ensues when he does, plus the fact that he rarely bothered to control his tongue.

“Okay you two, let’s not stroll down the Trump saga road again today!” One of the Nurse’s Aides remarked, with a chuckle. “Anyway, the lunch cart is here. Time to eat,” she announced to the entire 5th floor.

Elizabeth walked slowly to her table, a little unsure if she even wanted to sit next to Buzz as she usually did, well at least when she wasn’t feeling irate toward him because of his harsh treatment of her.

Buzz could tell she was a bit miffed, but still he plopped his tray down right next to hers and sat down. “Come on Sweetheart don’t be mad,” he said; trying to sound sweet and sincere.

“Well, okay, but only if you let me tell you about Trump!”

“Wow you just won’t let up will ya?!” He replied, as he grabbed his tray and stomped away to find another place to sit.

“What’s going on between you two?” Elizabeth’s roommate Betty asked when she saw what happened. “This is a retirement home, not a boxing ring!”

“Oh, yeah, sorry bout' that….He just makes me so mad! He won’t even listen to me when I want to tell him something, so I don’t know why I bother talking to him at all,” she replied, with tears starting to form in her eyes.

“Well talk to me then….I’ll listen,” Betty replied; feeling pity over her friend’s frustration.

“Well, I’ve been having this dream, see. Well it’s not an actual dream, but I keep seeing this amazing scene playing out in my mind and it’s so crazy and wild, it’s hard keeping it to myself. I’m not even sure if I should be saying it out loud, but I just can’t help myself!”

Well tell me, by all means,” Betty replied; beginning to become intrigued.

“Well first of all if you’re not a Christian you won’t get it….That’s another reason I shouldn‘t even be trying to explain it to Buzz,” she explained. “And the Rapture is another thing that you should probably keep in mind.”

“Well you can tell me! I believe in God and the Rapture!” Betty replied enthusiastically.

“Well, I keep seeing in my mind’s eye this scene…..First of all, there’s the current situation of the government trying to arrest Trump for all sorts of bogus charges…..Well, I think most people know that the whole thing is just a ploy to keep him from running for president. So in this vision….I’ll call it that for lack of a better word, government officials who are hell bent on getting him out of the way and prevent him from running, try to throw him in jail, and it just worsens as we get closer to the election; actually this could happen any time between now and the 11th day in November; they grab him by the back of his suit. But to their amazement, at that very moment, he disappears right out of their hands, as we are Raptured! Then, right after that, as the world grapples with the sudden disappearance of millions of Christians and children, they suddenly realize: ‘Hey, we don’t have to fight against anything anymore! With Trump gone, we may as well go right into the One World Order!’ I mean, it makes perfect sense that it could go that way, because Trump is a major sticking point in their quest to form the One World Government, because even though he’s not the sitting president, he remains a highly influential, and powerful force for national sovereignty.

SO, the One World Government forms within days as soon as he’s gone!

Then the 10 kingdoms they are trying to form now, with the merging of nations, the One World Order will form readily and remains in place until the Antichrist comes on the scene half way through the Tribulation, which is of course when things get even worse, and dictatorship of the Antichrist takes over.”

“WOW, that is something. I can see now why you were so anxious to tell someone; you had a vision! And you’re telling me that Buzz is sick of hearing you talk about it?”

“Apparently,” Elizabeth replied with a goofy smile. “Well, he’s heard me go on about Trump, but he always cuts me off before I can tell him what I just told you, but I wouldn’t exactly call it a vision….it’s more like a daydream.”

“Well I think it’s pretty interesting…Thanks for sharing!”

Just at that moment, as Betty walked off, Buzz approached the table where Elizabeth was still seated.

“Ummmm…..Lizbeth, ummm…l…just wanna say, wanna tell ya….”

“You’re sorry?” she said; finishing for him.

“Yeah. I am…… that……. Yes,” he said, as he pulled out a chair to sit down.

Then Elizabeth stood up and slid her chair under the table. She turned casually to walk away, but Buzz grabbed her shirt and pulled her toward himself.

“Let me go!” she urged him between gritted teeth.

Buzz let her go, with a little angry push on her back.

Elizabeth just stood there a moment and thought of something crazy, which she later thanked God for because it kept her from slugging Buzz, like a perfect distraction. She pulled the chair back out and sat back down, like in a daze.

‘Buzz just gave me a push, but first he grabbed my shirt. He didn’t even hear my story about Trump, yet he acted toward me just like the elites are acting toward Trump now, with indifference and a pre-trial conviction…..Interesting…

God, I see what You are doing. And whether my vision is something that will happen or not, I think there are a few things that can be learned from what You are showing me….

1). You are separating the wheat from the tares.

2). No degree of witnessing will help some people, but that’s what the Tribulation is for….not that I’m saying I would ever allow anger to keep me from witnessing. I will always be there for Buzz if he ever opens up to the possibility of God.

3). Christian persecution is HARD. You just gave me another taste of it with Buzz and Trump is certainly being persecuted!

Oh Lord, You gave me some pretty cool things to think about and talk about with my friends. So thank YOU GOD and let me know who You want me to tell about this daydream..…..In Jesus’ Name I pray, AMEN.”
