You Are Safe With Jesus When You Listen and Obey

But whoever listens to me (Wisdom) will live securely and in confident trust And will be at ease, without fear or dread of evil. - Proverbs 1:33, AMP

He stores away sound wisdom for the righteous [those who are in right standing with Him]; He is a shield to those who walk in integrity [those of honorable character and moral courage], He guards the paths of justice; And He preserves the way of His saints (believers). - Proverbs 2:7-8, AMP

How can you be safe with Jesus? Simple: Listen and obey; just like a child to a parent, or a student to teacher.

Yes, we've all missed it. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23).

Only Jesus, God's Son, Who came to earth to live as a man and be tempted in every way but did not sin, did not miss it. He completed the perfect Plan of Father God--even to death on the cross.

He went to the cross so we wouldn't have to!

Being safe physically is one thing, but as most of us know, there are various realms in which we need to be safe: emotional, mental, social, financial, marital, material, etc.

Only the LORD Jesus, Who is the Holy Spirit Who comes to live in our hearts and help us with every moment of life (as we ask and let Him! He is a Gentleman, and will never force His will on us. His love for us is pure, and He only wants to help us have what He died to give us: Heaven on earth!), can keep us safe in every area.

Perhaps you feel you've been violated; traumatized in all these areas.

The LORD Jesus is the answer.

He is kind, loving, understanding, patient, and all-knowing. He has seen and heard everything that's been done against you.

He is your Vindicator; not against people, but against the demons that drive them.

Call on the LORD Jesus today to help you. He is the only true Healer, Deliverer, Restorer. He is the Lover of your soul! He created and formed you in your mother's womb, and He has a wonderful Plan for your life.

When life seems so deep and dark that there is no hope, know that is a lie, for Jesus is alive, and Jesus is our Blessed Hope!

As you are reading this, He is close, calling to your heart to come to Him. Let Him help and heal you. Let Him deliver and restore you, and teach you His ways.

Let Him comfort and counsel you.

He is, after all, Wonderful, Counselor, Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace (Shalom).

He is what you want and need.

He is your Safe Place.

Pray this prayer out loud: LORD Jesus, I need You. I choose to repent of going away from You, and come to You. Please help me stay close to You, learn your ways, and become victorious over this weird world and the enemy, and start enjoying a peaceful, prosperous, happy life You died to give me. In Your Name, amen!

Now, look for the answer. Read your Bible online or in book form. Go to a Bible-believing church. Pray (talk to God). Worship Him to Christian music. All of these things will make you more conscious of God with you and for you. He will speak to you. He loves you and has been helping you as you read this!

If you have received Him in your heart as Savior and LORD, He will never leave you nor forsake you! Hallelujah!

Let your character [your moral essence, your inner nature] be free from the love of money [shun greed—be financially ethical], being content with what you have; for He has said, “I WILL NEVER [under any circumstances] DESERT YOU [nor give you up nor leave you without support, nor will I in any degree leave you helpless], NOR WILL I FORSAKE or LET YOU DOWN or RELAX MY HOLD ON YOU [assuredly not]!” - Hebrews 13:5, AMP

Now that you have His Spirit living in you, you will be able to sense His Presence and hear His Voice. His Voice will always and forever align with His Word in every way.

And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. - Galatians 4:6, KJV

He will never speak to you in any way against His Word, for His Spirit and His Word are One! He is the Good Shepherd, Who forever leads you in paths that are right; paths that please Him.

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. - Romans 8:14, KJV

He loves you and will help you to listen and obey Him, and live your safest and best life ever!

The name of the LORD is a strong tower; The righteous runs to it and is safe andset on high [far above evil]. - Proverbs 18:10, AMP
