What is Due You is in the LORD's Hand!

by Tonja Taylor

But I said, “I have labored in vain; I have spent my strength for nothing at all. Yet what is due me is in the LORD's hand, and my reward is with my God.” - Isaiah 49:4, KJV

The LORD showed me years ago to claim Isaiah 49:4.  I didn't know the address for years, but I knew it was in there, and I've been claiming that, "what is due me is in the LORD's hand, and my reward is with my God." Hallelujah!

When it entered into my heart to get married again (which I did not want to do, really, because I had had such a bad experience, from a young and stupid age), I knew in my spirit that the LORD had just the right exact husband I would need to embrace and fulfill the call of God on my life.

Not just any Christian man would do. It had to be "The One"!

So, the LORD is so very good to lead us in right paths (always!), and He led me to Isaiah 49 (I really like Isaiah!), and to start speaking that out of my mouth, and choosing to believe it.

This was a very big deal, because the natural, fleshy, soulish part of me really did NOT want to marry again, for so many reasons!

However, I knew in my heart that it was God's Plan. So, I cooperated with God, and not only claimed this Scripture for myself, but others. In addition, He led me to a powerful book on prayer (PRAYERS THAT AVAIL MUCH, by Germaine Copeland), and had me pray for my future husband an hour a day, by reciting prayers from that book, and praying in the Spirit.

Speaking of what is due me (meaning, NO ONE ELSE CAN HAVE IT!), even that book on prayer was meant only for me, because I was working at a Christian bookstore, and wanted to buy it. The computer said there were none, but I felt inspired to go check the shelf. Sure enough, there was a nice hardback copy of it--for me!

See what I mean?

Just like we choose special gifts for certain people, and it's meant for them and no one else, how much more is our sweet, generous, always-thinking-of-us Daddy God that way?

Hallelujah!

So, yes! The LORD brought me to my Ephesians 3:20 Husband, The One! Now, it was hard to tell at the beginning, but after a year and a half of dating, I knew it was right, and when he proposed, I said Yes. We've had some rocky times, but the LORD is faithful, and what is born of God overcomes the world and the devil!

For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and  overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God]. - I John 5:4, AMP

Our Father God (He is Daddy God once we have truly repented of our sin, and asked the LORD Jesus to cleanse our hearts and become our Savior and LORD!)  is the Revelation, and even if we just spent the rest of our lives meditating (speaking, thinking about, writing, etc.) on one Scripture over and over, He can give us continual deeper revelation of that verse, and how it applies to our lives!

King Jesus' blood has given us everything. We choose to believe and receive it!

How great is our God, and may He help us tell the world that He created that King Jesus--the Revelation, the Great I AM!--is returning very soon!

So, ask the LORD to show you what to ask for. Ask Him to help you understand all that is yours in the Covenant of Blood you have with Yahweh, the LORD God, through the blood of Jesus, His Son! (I'm learning, and life gets better every day!). He will help you!

Who is the man who fears the LORD [with awe-inspired reverence and worships Him with submissive wonder]? He will teach him [through His word] in the way he should choose. His soul will dwell in prosperity and  goodness, And his descendants will inherit the land. The secret [of the wise counsel] of the LORD is for those who fear Him, And He will let them know His covenant and reveal to them [through His word] its [deep, inner] meaning. - Psalm 25:12-14, AMP

The LORD has given us an inheritance. We want to enjoy (and share, as the LORD leads, of course!

We are blessed to be a blessing!) it, all of it, and to the max.

So may we claim all that is ours every day, and receive, and enjoy, knowing that our Daddy God is pleased to give us the Kingdom!

“Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom." - Luke 12:32, NIV
