Fellowship and Love

Food from church pot luck luncheons makes me come back wanting more! Both women ‘and’ men prepare large varieties of tantalizing finger foods; appetizers, crock-pot soups, casseroles, meats and delicious desserts.

Is your mouth watering?

Believers from all nationalities and backgrounds unite over tables in fellowship and love.

We follow the example of the early church.

“And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to the fellowship, to the *breaking of bread, and to the prayers (Acts 2:42 HCSB).”

Born again, we are all one in Christ.

"There is no Jew or Greek, slave or free, male or female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:28-29a HCSB)."

Jesus prayed to the Father…

"May they be made completely one, so the world may know You have sent Me and have loved them as You have loved Me (John 17:23b HCSB)."

The melting pot of early America’s neighborhoods is common knowledge. God’s love is the main ingredient for His melting pot.

Diversity alone is never enough. We must be one in the Father; one in the Son and one in the Holy Spirit.

“Go, therefore, and make disciples ofall nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19 HCSB).”

*[Breaking of bread can be defined as both fellowship meals and observance of the Lord’s Supper.]
