I've traveled many roads
My burdens I have towed,
As the Spirit has bode.
Through this valley I must go.
The Valley of Decision
Is Christ for real or not?
With His blood was I bought?
Have I found what I've sought?
Through this valley I must go.
The Valley of Tears
So many bearing pains
Their pillows show the stains
They counted losses as gains.
Through this valley I must go.
The Valley of Slime Pits
The darkness floods my soul
My joy and hope they stole,
I fall into some hole.
Through this valley I must go.
The Valley of Death
Silently, it awaits
I must go through the gate,
And face what is my fate.
Through this valley I must go.
The Valley of Praise
Christ said, "Come unto me
Sit quietly by my knee.
I'll fill your heart with glee
For all eternity".
To this valley I must go.
