The Lord walks by in the storm,
And waits for our call to Him,
In order that we may gain strength and grace,
From the power that we have within.
The Lord walks by in the storm,
To test the faith we need,
And give us the encouragement,
The motivation and will to proceed.
The Lord walks by in the storm,
So He can extend His hand to us,
Enabling the love in friendship to grow,
With a foundation that's built on trust.
