Lupins bloomin'
in June
aside traveled
gravel roads
shaded purple
and reddish-white
clustered in bunches
a friendly
sight.
Jellyfish bob, they
bob and bump like
bumper cars
at the carnival
their tangerine faces
bloated and float
string-fingers that
linger and dangle
as arms from a
spaghetti jangle.
