A Prayer for Inner Healing

O God of Hosts - Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent
I come to You a sinner, broken, weary, troubled and full of pain
I ask You to send Your Hand of Healing and touch me today
I ask that You lift me up out of the darkness that surrounds me
I ask that You mend my broken heart and spirit
Lord, the troubles overwhelm me; they are too deep and pull me right down
I repent for all my sins past and present
For what I have done and what I have failed to do
I forgive all those who have hurt and offended me
I forgive all those who have caused me and my family injustice
I forgive all those who have forsaken me in my time of need
(Spend time and move as the Holy Spirit leads you into repentance and forgiveness)

Touch me today O God and set me free of all that binds me
Break the powers of darkness that besets me
Fill me with Your Light and Your Love and deliver me permanently I pray
I ask all of this in Lord Jesus Name
Amen
