The Bible Explorer Series is a 3 dvd set available at most Christian bookstores and online at www.gobmg.com. Each dvd can be purchased separately or as a set. The set includes: 1) Search for The Ark of the Covenant, 2) Search for Noah's Ark, and 3) Search for Mt. Sinai. The expeditions are lead by Bob Cornuke, President and founder of the Bible Archaeology Search and Exploration Institute (BASE). BASE is dedicated to validate that the Bible is true and that it represents an accurate account of God's will to bring the people of this world back into a relationship with Him. Search for the Ark of the Covenant This documentary takes viewers on an exciting trip through Israel, Egypt, and Ethiopia in search of the Ark of the Covenant. Outstanding footage follows the possible path of the Ark of the Covenant down the Nile River from Jerusalem to Ethiopia. Lots of unique information is shown to support this astounding theory.
Search for Noah's Ark Astronaut, James Irwin, was on the 1986 adventure with the team, but because of his high profile image drawing attention in a hostile country he chose to withdrawal for the safety of the team. After many unproductive expeditions, a retired US Army soldier, Ed Davis, stated he had seen Noah's Ark during the war. Davis sketched a map from memory for the team. After many years of searching, the team finally found the Ed Davis object. Is it truly Noah's Ark or just petrified wood from something else? You be the judge!
Search for Mt. Sinai This search started because of a question mark on a map in the Bible. Even today The Exodus maps in some Bibles have a question mark or the words traditional location where Mt. Sinai is located. When Cornuke visited the traditional Mt. Sinai he states that it did not seem to fit the description in the Bible. Using the Bible for his map, Cornuke concluded that the real Mt. Sinai must be in Saudi Arabia. This began his aggravating journey because he tried several times to get evidence, but was met with opposition from the Saudi government. He and his sons were once arrested and charged for being Israeli spies. Another time after getting to the site, on his way down all of his evidence was confiscated before he was allowed to leave the country. He was frustrated. He then learned of a couple, Jim and Penny Caldwell and their children. They not only had documentation from the mountain, but from the surrounding area as well. That remarkable footage is included in this documentary. The Jebel al Lawz Mountain is amazing, but the other sites around that mountain only add to the surprising evidence.
