Breathe...a simple but profound thing...

In out, in out...the very rhythm of life.

My breath is the invisible substance of life, it beats my heart, and sustains me, and I recognise its origin.

I was breathed into life by the breath of God!
Breath - the very substance of God. All that which GOD was and is, in an infinite union of love embraced me; that infinite life force intricately fashioned me and breathed His very own substance into me..

LIFE!

When I awake I am still with you, for from you, to you, and through you are all things.

Be still, become aware of what beats your heart - deep calls to deep...
