GLORIOUS TO BE BORN AGAIN

Oh joy! Joy in Heaven today
Praise the LORD ye celestial beings
A soul has found Jesus: the Way
And shall with Him forever be!

Chorus:
Glorious to be born again
And washed clean by Jesus' Blood!
Now in righteousness to reign
In the family of God!

Vs2:
Christ will guard thee in this new way
Soul, He will lead thee by the hand
May thou humbly trust and obey
The righteous words of His command

Vs3:
Thou found a hidden pearl today
Sell all thou hadst, purchase the land!
In this holy and living way
May thou love, forgive and be glad!

Vs4:
Be glad to have found salvation
Guard thy new born heart soberly
Make ye no room for corruption
Walk honestly, pray earnestly

Vs5:
Tender soul, be ye strong in Him
By all means, beloved, strive to stand!
All that thou need His grace will bring
All to make thee His firebrand!
