BOWS AND ARROWS

We all have been wounded with painful words/arrows of some kind!

That's easy to know even if your spiritually blind.

And "we" all have wounded "others" with our poison arrows as well!

Like when we tell someone off and curse them to hell!

Be careful what kind of arrows you shoot from your mouth/bow!

Because God is watching and God "will" know!

Once a poison arrow leaves your lips it cannot be recalled!

Have you fired out poison arrows that caused someone to cry or fall!

Arrows of cruelty and abuse are the reason many have died!

Our poison tipped arrows can push another to commit suicide!

Did someone offend you so that you "wouldn't" forgive and let it go?

Until you filled their heart full of ungodly arrows from your "unChristlike" Bow?

Do you fire arrows tipped with profanity and laced with pain?

Then proudly go to church on Sunday morning and praise Jesus's name?

Next time you put an arrow on your tongue to fire away!

Remember that "you will answer" for every arrow on JUDGMENT DAY!

I think the mostly painful arrows I have ever known...

Came forth from those I raised in my own home!

There is only "one kind of arrow" that pleases God up above!

God smiles on us everytime we shoot those "ARROWS OF LOVE"!

A Christian is "never justified" to fire back with an arrow tipped with wrath!

Every Christian is to "stay on" that Straight and Narrow path!

When you feel "compelled" to draw your Bow to fire an arrow of hate!

Replace that ungodly arrow "quickly" with an arrow of love before it's too late!
