Get in the Word
Believe what you've heard
When your heart is stirred
It's the Living Word!

When life is hard
You may hear Him say
“Don’t be absurd—
Get in the Word today!

For the answers are there
To relieve every care
You can win every way
Get in the Word today!"

"Yes, yes, yes!" we say,
"Now’s the time,
Every way, every day
For Christians to pray!"

He speaks to our heart-mind:
“Awake and rise up!
“Pull the bands from your neck,                                                                    O captive daughter of Zion!”

Get in the Word
Believe what you've heard

It's the Living Word!

When life is hard
Listen and He'll say
“Don’t be absurd—
Get in the Word today!

For the answers are there
To relieve every care
You can win every way
Get in the Word today!"
