When writers sleep, souls slip

Surely, whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. But, how shall they call on Him, in whom they have not believed? How shall they believe in Him, of whom they have not heard?

I hope you’re getting the progression of the above paragraph?

So, how will they hear of Him, without a preacher and how shall they preach, except they be sent? (Rom. 10:13-15)

Let me do a recapitulation from a different angle.

They didn’t get saved, because they didn’t call on Him. They would have called on Him, if they had believed in Him. Honestly, it would have been easier for them to believe in Him, if only they heard of Him.

So, why didn’t they hear of Him?

They didn’t, because, there was no preacher. Pushing it further… there wasn’t a preacher, because a preacher must be sent.

It is not my intention to confuse anyone by what you have just read or tried to read. The focus, exactly, is on the negative effect of not having a practising preacher. And you will permit me to narrow this down to a writer, being the preacher.

People would have called on Him and be saved, if only they believed in Him. They would have believed in Him, if only they read about Him. But then, they never read of Him, because there was not a writer.

But, a writer must be sent. Isn’t it?

Yes, a writer must be sent. However, while it is one thing to be sent as a writer of the gospel, it is another to go as sent.

You may not know of others, but, at least, you can speak of yourself. Beloved, were you not sent to write for them to read, to believe in Him, call on Him and, eventually, be saved by Him?

If you had written as inspired by God, the little boy, probably, wouldn’t have read an article that led him astray.

If only we have been bold enough to release ‘scattered truths’ in the midst of lies that we have all over, someone out there may have laid his hand on the truth, and that truth, from us, would have set him free.

Has God really sent you to write? If He did, it is time to rise up to fulfil the purpose of our calling.

Since you’re called or sent to write, it can only be right to find you writing. By not writing, you’re denying many the opportunity to hear about Him, call on Him, believe in Him and be saved by Him.

There would be nothing worthwhile of salvation, if we do not write. There would only be enough rubbish to go round, when we stop writing of Him.

Dear Kingdom writer, you may not be aware of this, but let it be known that you became a sent writer, at a time like this, because someone, in dire need of help, cried to the Lord of the harvest; who, in response to the cry, sent you to the field as a writer.

Have you not read?

“Therefore said He unto them, ‘The harvest truly is great, but the writers (labourers) are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He would send forth writers (labourers) into His harvest.’” Luke 10:2

This, my beloved, is how you became a sent writer. Someone saw the need and prayed the Lord for more writers, and by grace, you were sent to write for the people to call on Him and be saved.

Will you still hold back, while millions perish? Will you not pick up your pen and write, especially at a time like this?

This should further be of help to you.

Esther and Mordecai were seriously working to upturn the written evil scheme of Haman against the Jews, but to achieve this task, another written declaration must surface.

King Ahasuerus gave them a hint:

“You yourselves write a decree for the Jews, as you please, in the king’s name, and seal it with the king’s signet ring; for a letter which is written in the king’s name and sealed with the king’s signet ring, NO ONE CAN REVOKE. Est. 8:8 NKJV

Having known what to do, the Bible pressed on:

“So the king’s scribes were CALLED AT THAT TIME…and it was written…” Est. 8:9 NKJV

If the KING of kings, at this time, is going to upturn the written plan of the devil, He is going to be calling, sending or commissioning His scribes.

At this critical time, royal scribes are needed to come on board with their writing materials. We have a duty to carry out, an evil scheme to cancel.

The world, even those who boast about the nonexistence of God, will call upon Him. They will believe in Him, as they read of Him and definitely, they shall be saved by Him.

The ball, as they say, is in our court (to play to win).

The pen, as I say, is in our hands (to write to save).
