MY VISIT WITH TWO PRECIOUS SOULS

Went to visit and meet Marie Drake in rm 115 on May 5, 2023 at a local Nursing Home. Marie passed away the following Tuesday on May 9 2023. I met her for first time on May 5 and also met her room-mate Clara Baker as well.

I talked to them both at the same time telling them that Jesus and God loved them very much! I told them that God saw the suffering and loneliness they were going through and that he cared about them both. I told them not to let Satan cause them to be sad or depressed. Marie never spoke while I was there but her eyes looked alert as if she heard me just fine.

Clara Baker was lying in the other bed when I arrived. I told them that they should keep their thoughts on Jesus and God all the day long and doing that would comfort them and give them peace in their heart and mind. I also told them that even if they could not speak they could talk to God and Jesus within their mind and that God would hear their every thought!

I told them that if they were not sure they were saved and born again Christians they could ask God to forgive them of their sins and they could ask him to come into their heart and be their Savior and Lord and Master.

That they could do all that within their mind without saying a word if they couldn't speak.

I played the song "BLESS THE LORD OH MY SOUL" for each one of them with my phone near their ear so they could hear it well.

I told them they could "serve the Lord" even in their situation by praying for other residents there to be saved and born again!

My wife and I were in their room for about an hour and a half.

As we were about to leave we told them we would be back soon on another day to see them again. Clara Baker got out of her bed as we were walking away to leave. She followed us into the hallway with tears in her eyes and said: "Thank you for coming to see us and for telling us all that!"

It was a GREAT VISIT" and I know God touched them both! He touched me and my wife too!

My wife Penny and I were blessed greatly by our visit with those two precious old ladies!

When we got home this evening we learned that Marie had passed away on May 9, 2023.

Marie died on the 4th day after our first visit.

We believe Marie is walking with Jesus now!

If you want to really touch the heart of God, go to any nursing home, pick some resident there

and visit them on a "regular basis" to let them know "SOMEONE CARES ABOUT THEM"!

Jesus loves for us to pour out "LOVE" and "KINDNESS" on the "SUFFERING and LONELY"!

PRAISE THE LORD!
