There Are Two Lions In Our Midst, Which One Do You Serve?

by Rik Charbonneaux
5/20/2024 / Salvation

To my non-Christian Brothers and Sisters everywhere:

There Are Two Lions In Our Midst, Which One Do You Serve?

1. First, there is the little lion - Satan, The Father of all lies and suffering and the Master of many lost souls. Are you one?

"Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour." 1 Peter 5:8 NIV

Satan is the Prince of the power of the air, a lion who seeks to shred everyone he can. He roams the earth to destroy good and promote evil at every turn.

He knows his time now is short, and he has doubled those efforts to draw off as many people as he can from a saving knowledge of Christ, so expect his attack to occur at any time and in any place.

His end will come and the many who either intentionally or unknowingly serve him will join him in the lake of fire.

2. And then there is Jesus, The Lion of Judah:

"Like a lion he crouches and lies down, like a lioness—who dares to rouse him? The scepter will not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet, until he to whom it belongs shall come and the obedience of the nations shall be his." Genesis 9b-10

“Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed." Book of Revelation 5:5 NIV

According to our Christian beliefs, our Lord Jesus, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, shall return to the earth to defeat Satan (the little lion) , to break every chain, to end every wrongdoing, and destroy every army that will try to oppose him as he takes his rightful place as King of kings and Lord of lords to reign forever.

Which do you serve, Jesus or Satan?

The little lion will gleefully lead many to eternal punishment in hell.

Do you now think you might now be serving Satan, the little lion?

And then we have our Savior Jesus, the Lion of Judah, who offers eternal salvation by forgiving you of your sins.

Those who do so will enter into the blissful eternal existence of heaven and dwell with the Lord God and our Lord Jesus, and with the saints and angels. Do you think you would now like serve the Lord Jesus?

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only-begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16 KJV

It is the Christian belief that you must decide for yourself whom you serve, Satan or Jesus, but you cannot serve both.
It is our further belief that the choice you make will determine your eternal state (either bliss or torment) upon your death.

So if you have not yet truly accepted Christ as your Savior, please consider it and, through earnest prayer, and ask Him to forgive your sins and to grant you God's Salvation* before it is too late.

Thank you so much if you read this invitation to join us Christians in our beliefs and our worship of Our Lord Jesus.

* It is our Christian belief that our God, who created the heavens and the earth, has a plan of salvation for all who seek out His Son Jesus, to truly ask Him to be their Savior, asking Him to forgive all of their sins and to grant them eternal salvation.
