Our friends share the latest stories and pictures of their children, grandchildren and pets.

Yes, we discuss politics and our health.

It’s summertime and there’s another favorite topic; let’s talk fresh produce!

“The hard-working farmer ought to be the first to receive his share of the crops (2 Timothy 2:6 NASB).”

A recent luncheon table conversation centered on favorite local fruits and vegetables. Eating watermelon, two ladies mentioned Louisiana areas where the summer treat is grown. I chimed in with West Carroll Parish pride; our locally grown tomatoes and sweet potatoes are delicious.

Add your salt!
