3 Natural Supplements to Help Conquer Sinus Challenges

I am not a medical professional, nor a health coach. I just know what has worked for me and many people I know, so I'm sharing this with you. 

Most of all, I stand on the eternal, true, unchanging and all-powerful Word of God every day. There are many, many Scriptures you can speak daily and read and meditate on, concerning God's will for us to have divine health, energy, and wholeness!

1. Oil of oregano. This is wild oregano. There are various concentrations, and ask the LORD Who created your body what is best for you. Oil of oregano has been known to get rid of many ailments, from allergies to Lyme's disease. I have only proved it to myself about sinus ailments, but I take it almost daily, and do a double or triple dose if something like a cold attacks my body. It's a good preventive against such, too, for me and many people.

2. Echinacea and goldenseal. Either is good, but a combo of these is better. We don't understand how these things work, but we just know they help many people to not suffer from things that attack their respiratory systems. 

3. Astragalus. This is a noted supplement which helps many things, it is said, but I take it to prevent sinus/respiratory challenges, and to otherwise raise my immunity. 

All of these are very economical, and easily obtainable at your local health food store, or online.

The best ones, of course, are organic and/or NON-gmo. 

Again, ask the LORD Who created and sustains you every moment, which of these are right for you. It may be all of them, like I take daily (although the echinacea/goldenseal, I only take on occasion, but I take the oregano and astragalus daily, with a rare exception).  It may be others in addition to or separately from these.

He knows best. Yes, truly, Father God knows best, so ask Him!
