God's Love And The Soul That Sins Will Die
by Cheryl Toepfer
Understanding the nature of God's great love is incomplete without an understanding of His hatred toward sin. A complete presentation of the gospel message that Jesus Himself preached requires an appropriate balance between the two.

How Strong is Your Foundation?
by Richard McCaw
Every person's life must be built upon obeying the call of Christ to follow and serve Him. If not when the testings of difficulties and temptation to follow personal ideas, feelings or even church membership, many lives fall apart. And trusting in good works accomplished can never measure up to God's standard of holiness. Instead each person must be prepared to live for eternity with God by surrendering fully to Christ as Lord of all in every area of daily living.

OH SALVATION, SWEET AND FREE!
by SIXTUS ONYEANUSI
A sister called me today and shared with me the testimony of her salvation.
You could feel the passion that was coming from it while she talked.
In her last words she said, "If you are saved, you will know you are saved."
That is what is called blessed assurance of salvation.
As I meditated further after my encounter with her, God stirred up my spirit and inspired me with this piece.
Be blessed as you read and share and, if you can, put a tone to it and sing it. (Smiles).

"You Don't Need the Devils Help"

COME, COME, CHRIST CAME FOR YOU
by SIXTUS ONYEANUSI
When we really come to understand that Jesus only came for sinners, our attitude towards sinners will change. We would stop discriminating and down looking them, and start treating them with the saving Christlike heart of love and with compassion plucking them out of fire by the help of God.
We don't hate sinners for it is for them Christ came. And we all that are saved now are all sinners saved by grace.
Though we detest their sins, yet we insist on loving them, and meekly speaking the truth in love.

The Holy Spirit

When Nepotism is Necessary

IT'S THE TIME DIVINE TO GO!
by SIXTUS ONYEANUSI
"If you are not paying heed to the command of the Lord to "Go ye into the world and make disciples of all nations", you are stagnant and as well as rebellious. It was for the purpose of saving souls did Jesus leave His excellency of glory in Heaven and came down to earth, and it was also for the purpose of saving other people were you saved. How long shall you put off the saving charge? When will you go? When? It is time divine now to go. May you find grace to rise and go in Jesus' Name.

Answer To My Prayers (2004)
by louis gander
I was walking down the road, in the autumn of my years;
the leaves were brilliant colors, though my eyes were red with tears.
My pain was ever mounting. Death was always surely near -
my troubles and my heartache held me tight in cold, dark fear.
I prayed to Jesus every day. Every burden I could name;
but He never seemed to answer. Every day was still the same... (read the rest of my very first poem)

Grappling with the Grim Reaper
by Alan Allegra
As you can imagine, death has been on my mind, and I don't just mean the expiration of my aging brain cells. Odd as it sounds in our delicate western culture, contemplating death is not a bad practice; in fact, it can be the most life-affirming exercise imaginable.

Handlebar Scars
